Krystal Kelley

Krystal Kelley is a true visionary. Krystal is born and raised in Seattle with the exception of her middle and high school years in Enumclaw. Krystal bridges a wide range of personal and professional experiences gathered through education, travel, philanthropy and family to understand the process of negotiating win/win situations for her clients.

Krystal's background is diverse. As a communications graduate of University of Washington, she spent seven years working in TV Broadcast News & Sports while slowly progressing her career towards real estate and design. As a residential agent for Windermere, she founded Staged By Design in 2002 to merge her production and marketing experience with both real estate and design.

After selling Staged By Design in 2009, Krystal spent five years cultivating her own art portfolio and connecting with the artistic community while owning and operating Mind Unwind Gallery & Interactive Studio. She shifted her real estate focus to property management with a niche in nightly rentals (Airbnb).

Currently, as a Windermere Agent, I feel that my broad knowledge base of residential and commercial real estate and investing, I am doing what I truly love when I work with homeowners throughout their entire homeownership journey. My clients contact me about their homeownership whether they are buying, selling, remodeling, or just need the phone number to a plumber, I am a resource for life.
